Role purpose
Reporting to the Process Security Risk Team Lead, you will support the assessment of organizational resilience and contribute to strengthening business continuity capabilities. Your role will focus on evaluating preparedness and supporting the development of strategies that ensure operational continuity in the face of disruptions such as natural disasters or cyber incidents.
Key responsibilities

Support the collection, analysis, and continuous improvement of business continuity plans.

Assist in developing and testing strategies to ensure ongoing operations during disruptions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, applications, and security) to support end-to-end recovery planning.

Identify risks within business processes and contribute to defining mitigation strategies and controls.

Participate in the design of testing strategies and objectives related to business continuity plans.

Support response and recovery efforts during incidents or disruptions.

Contribute to Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and the evaluation of existing continuity frameworks.
Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical mindset with an interest in understanding business processes and risk management.

Ability to support workshops, gather insights, and translate business needs into actionable tasks.

Basic experience in data analysis and problem-solving.

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Availability to work in a professional environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
Preferred skills

Familiarity with business continuity, risk management, or compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of project management tools or GRC systems is a plus.
