Here’s what you’ll do:

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns full-time, from strategy through execution
- Launch, monitor, and continuously improve Search, Performance Max and any campaign type relevant to hit performance targets
- Own keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategy, and budget allocation across campaigns
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tracking tools
- Analyse campaign performance using different tools, like Google Analytics (GA4), and translate data into actionable optimisations
- Build and share regular performance reports (e.g. via Looker Studio) with key insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist to align Google Ads activity with broader growth goals
- Stay on top of Google Ads platform updates, betas, and industry best practices
Job requirements:

Full-time availability and dedicated focus on Google Ads
- Proven experience launching, optimising, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, etc.)
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google-related tracking setups (conversion tracking, GA4)
- Comfortable working with reporting tools, such as Looker Studio, to communicate performance insights
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as a freelancer, while collaborating closely with the Growth Marketing Strategist
