We are now looking for an Events & Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team and help accelerate this exciting journey.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys making things happen.
You will lead the planning and execution of international trade shows, partner events, internal events, and marketing operations initiatives that support Blaxtair’s growth worldwide.
You will work closely with sales, OEMs, distributors, technology partners, external agencies, suppliers, and customers to ensure every project is delivered with excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For Events & Trade Shows
· Lead the planning and execution of international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, customer events, partner events, and internal meetings.
· Coordinate logistics, booth preparation, suppliers, agencies, travel arrangements, and event assets.
· Manage event budgets and ensure cost control.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize event impact and lead generation.
· Track event performance and provide post-event reporting and recommendations.
Marketing Operations
· Manage CRM and marketing operations processes to support lead generation and sales activities.
· Coordinate campaign execution across digital channels, email marketing, CRM, and events.
· Support lead management workflows and marketing reporting.
· Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
Communications & Content Support
· Coordinate the creation and publication of content across digital and communication channels.
· Support product launches, partner communications, customer communications, and corporate marketing initiatives.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop marketing and communication materials.
· Contribute to the promotion of events, campaigns, and strategic company announcements.
Project Management
· Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and budgets.
· Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, OEMs, distributors, and partners.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking ForExperience
· At least 5 years of experience managing trade shows, international exhibitions, corporate events, or B2B events.
· Experience in B2B marketing, marketing operations, communications, or demand generation.
· Experience working in an international environment.
· Experience coordinating external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
Skills
· Excellent project management and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Budget management experience.
· CRM and marketing automation familiarity.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.
· Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
