About the Role
Mission of the position
Support the development of machine hardware projects to develop Volpak Orders.
Main tasks and direct related responsibilities
- Support the right development of electrical end to end designs, from the order to the SAT, according
to project requirements.
- Support the creation of electrical schemes, bills of material to meet special inquiry and order
requirements for standard products per company standards, practices, and procedures.
- Support the preparation of the right manuals project to Assembly and Documentation areas.
- Close collaboration with the software and mechanical technical office to achieve the complete
project compliance, as well in other company areas.
- Support the definition and implementation testing procedures.
- Prepare the guidelines and documentation for machine operation.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing the Lean Transformation goals: technical, functional,
safety and quality. 5S implementation.
- Able to work in the Assembly area when needed, to support the Field Technicians of the machine
he/she is working for.
- Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.).
What You Need to Be Successful
Mandatory: Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or currently in the final year).- Desired: Previous experience in electrical design (internships or academic projects).
- Mandatory: Interest in automated machinery and industrial environments.
- Mandatory: Basic knowledge of electrical design tools such as EPLAN (or similar).
- Desired: Familiar with ELCAD.
- Mandatory: Interest in industrial automation (PLCs, servo systems, etc.).
- Mandatory: Basic understanding of pneumatics.
- Mandatory: Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Desired: Basic knowledge of SAP/PLM.
- Mandatory: Ability to work in a team and follow guidance from senior engineers.
- Mandatory: Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
- Mandatory: Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Mandatory: Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, with team support.
- Mandatory: Good understanding of customer needs.
