Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Provide comprehensive technical support to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to ensure smooth operation of the DMS.
Maintain direct telephone contact with customers to address urgent challenges and questions.
Handle written communication through a dedicated ticketing system.
Ensure customers receive prompt technical support and solutions.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient service delivery
Create and continuously maintain a knowledge base.
Provide a central information resource that helps customers find solutions independently.
Support the service team in handling requests efficiently
Ensure seamless integration between the DMS/accounting system and manufacturer or dealer systems.
Support efficient data communication and process integration
Participate in daily discussions regarding new challenges, solution strategies, and progress updates.
Contribute to an effective and collaborative working environment focused on shared goals.
Collaborate with developers to coordinate system improvements and bug fixes based on customer feedback and technical issues
Support project delivery by providing technical expertise and solution strategies.
Contribute to successful project execution and high-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Experience as an Application Specialist, DMS Support Specialist, or a similar role. Alternatively, completion of a commercial or IT apprenticeship/training program, or currently pursuing studies in Business Informatics or a related field. Strong IT support skills is nice to have
Languages: Excellent level in German and English is required.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills: Experience as an Application Specialist, DMS Support Specialist. Strong IT support skills is nice to have.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
