Are you passionate about logistics, shipping, and fast-paced international operations? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Forwarding Operator to join our growing team and play a key role in managing vessel supplies and spare parts.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate vessel supplies and provisioning alongside transport, customs, and warehouse teams.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely national and international deliveries.
- Handle customs documentation, request freight quotations, and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Keep operations running smoothly by organizing documentation and responding efficiently to urgent situations.
- Be part of a team that delivers solutions in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in port operations and/or freight forwarding.
- Advanced Spanish & English skills, including professional phone communication.
- Knowledge of multimodal transport (air, sea, and land).
- Familiarity with customs procedures (imports, exports, transit, bonded warehouses).
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellent customer service.- Flexibility to support operations outside office hours when needed.
- IATA/DGR certification (a plus).- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
