You will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations and Quality, helping translate technical solutions into efficient, standardized assembly practices that improve performance, reliability, and delivery.

- Convert production know‑how into standards (Standard Work): procedures, rules, norms, and best practices.
- Ensure correct configuration of devices, machines, and groups, minimizing inventory obsolescence.
- Handle department-related administrative activities (e.g., quotations, purchase requests).

- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment applying Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., production BOM, lean cell design, standard work definition, 5S).
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks and Composer).
- Strong analytical capability to collect, structure and interpret data to define improvement strategies.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good command of English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel worldwide when required.
- Ability to manage multiple and complex processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented, results‑driven and comfortable working with deadlines.
