ands-on experience in C# VB.Net.

Hands-on experience in SQL Server, Query Writing, Troubleshooting, query tuning etc

SSIS and SSRS knowledge is Must.

Experience in DBA activities will be added advantage

Experience in user interaction for issue understanding and co-ordination.

Should be good team player and experience working in onsite / off-shore model.

Should be able to manage a team and mentor them on project activities

Good verbal and written communication.

Should be proactive to identify the risks during transition phase
