Role Purpose Statement
- To provide support in the management of a cereal warehouse and collaborate in commercialization, field tasks, and basic agricultural machinery operation, gaining practical experience and professional development within the agricultural sector.
Main Accountabilities
- Support in the management of a cereal warehouse.
- Assistance with tasks related to the reception, loading, and dispatch of cereals.
- Collaboration in commercialization activities and interaction with farmers.
- Support for field tasks and basic operation of agricultural machinery.
Knowledge & Skills
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.
- Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves.
- Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery operation (desirable).
- Interest in cereal commercialization (desirable).
- Knowledge of the local agricultural environment (desirable).
Education & Experience
- Recently graduated in Agricultural Engineering / Agronomy.
- Interest in the agricultural sector and cereals.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- 6-month traineeship/internship with full-time hours (40h, Monday to Friday).
- Practical training and potential for professional development.
