We are looking for an experienced Network Technician to assist with the installation and physical deployment of FortiGate firewalls, Fortinet switches, and related network equipment. This is a hands-on field role focused on hardware installation, cabling, and basic connectivity verification. All device configurations and advanced network setup will be performed remotely by our engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Install and rack FortiGate firewalls, Fortinet switches, and related network hardware.
- Connect network, fiber, and power cabling according to provided instructions.
- Label and organize cables to maintain a clean installation.
- Coordinate with the remote engineering team during installation activities.
- Provide site photos and installation reports upon completion.
Requirements
- Experience installing network equipment, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Experience with rack-and-stack activities and cable management.
- Ability to follow technical instructions from a remote support team.
