Job Title: Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support our international fleet operations across multiple European markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement administration, supplier coordination, contract management, and fleet data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of purchasing and supplier contracts within procurement and fleet management systems.
Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.
Maintain and update vehicle and fleet-related data across multiple European markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order processing, vehicle deliveries, and complete documentation.
Support contract management activities by maintaining organized and auditable records of supplier agreements.
Analyse purchasing and fleet data to identify cost trends, supplier performance indicators, and opportunities for process optimization.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and fleet operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Vocational Qualification (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, preferably within the automotive, fleet management, rental, or related industries.
Experience working in an international environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams across different countries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using procurement, ERP, or fleet management systems.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Italian language skills are considered a strong advantage.
