Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting the talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages.
- Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment databases.
- Prepare offer letters, employment documents, and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and reference checks.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administrative support, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and HR systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience supporting remote or international hiring processes.
