As a Guest Services Officer, you will act as an ambassador of the Hyatt brand, coordinating every detail of the guest journey with empathy, precision, and professionalism.
This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless and high‑quality guest experience.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and efficient check‑in and check‑out experience
- Provide personalized assistance and respond to guest requests with efficiency and care
- Coordinate room assignments, amenities, VIP setups, and special requests
- Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments
- Monitor daily arrivals, departures, and in‑house guests to anticipate needs
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, ensuring positive outcomes
- Support the preparation of welcome letters, room keys, and guest preferences
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Represent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
