In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies while also creating content and managing visual design. You will work closely with our leadership and hand in hand with our MarCom Manager and Sales team to ensure our message, brand identity, and commercial campaigns are perfectly aligned.

Strategy execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
Paid Ads management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Email & Funnels: Plan, execute, and automate email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels to keep our community engaged.
SEO/SEM: Implement smart SEO and SEM strategies to improve our organic and paid search visibility.
Data analytics: Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, Conversions) using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards to prepare actionable reports.
Growth: Identify new growth opportunities and catch digital trends before they become mainstream.
Copywriting: Own the content calendar and write copy for ads, email marketing, and social media channels.
Visual Assets: Design high-converting visual assets (banners, carousels, and more) using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite, and edit quick, engaging video content.
A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on both campaign data and visual creatives to optimize conversion rates.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in generalist digital marketing roles, content creation, or growth marketing, ideally within tech companies or startups.
University degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent life experience that proves you know your stuff!).
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English. Catalan is highly valuable.

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Advanced use of Canva Pro, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and fast-paced video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
Experience setting up email marketing campaigns and automated user funnels.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page and off-page) and remarketing strategies.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or similar).
Knowledge of Metabase or Looker Studio is a strong plus!
