We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pedagogical Coordinator to lead the academic excellence of our Kids&Us school while actively contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction. This role combines educational leadership with commercial responsibilities, ensuring outstanding learning experiences, strong team performance, and the achievement of enrolment and retention goals.

Ensure the successful implementation of the Kids&Us methodology across all age groups.
Supervise, mentor, and support teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate teacher onboarding, training, and continuous professional development.
Monitor students' academic progress and ensure an exceptional learning experience.
Manage academic planning, timetables, and curriculum implementation.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with Kids&Us pedagogical guidelines.
Support the achievement of enrolment, retention, and revenue targets.
Conduct interviews with prospective families and present the Kids&Us educational project.
Convert enquiries into student enrolments through consultative sales techniques.
Build strong relationships with current and prospective families.
Identify opportunities to increase student retention and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate in marketing campaigns, open days, workshops, and promotional events.
Analyse enrolment data and propose strategies to improve business performance.
Act as the main academic contact for families.
Handle concerns and resolve issues professionally and proactively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the student journey.
Foster a welcoming and positive school environment.
Lead, motivate, and inspire the teaching team.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate communication between management, teachers, and administrative staff.
Support recruitment and selection of teaching staff when required.
What you need
Full Proficiency in English (C2 level) and fluent in Spanish
Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record
