We are currently looking for a Freelance IT Specialist to support our Barcelona office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional seeking a long-term collaboration with an international company operating in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, user permissions, and licensing.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support office network infrastructure and IT security best practices.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
- Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Professional level of English; Spanish is highly desirable.
- Registered as a freelancer (or able to work as an independent contractor in Spain).
