- Review incidents, service requests, change requests and time sheets reported by vendors

Promote the use of AI to support AMS activities

Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s

Purchase orders and incoming invoices management

Data extraction from different SAP systems and ticketing tools

Major incident management
- University degree on Information Technology or Business Administration and Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel. Sharepoint, Teams and PowerBI would be valuable
- Fluent English skills written and spoken. German would also be an advantage.
- Ambition to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Possibility to sign off a collaboration agreement with the university
