Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute brand marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
Manage and inspire the creative team to deliver high-impact on-brand content and assets (designers, copywriters, video producers)
Lead italki’s global social media strategy and presence (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Oversee brand PR activities and manage media communications when needed
Be the brand steward and work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Service, SEO/GEO, Content, CRM) to ensure brand is understood and expressed consistently
Help create authentic stories that connect italki users, teachers, and language learners around the world
Build and maintain partnerships with the italki community, influencers, language creators, and media
Requirements
Native English speaker, currently based in Madrid
8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or social media management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for world-class creative execution and brand storytelling.
Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms at a global scale.
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture branding with on-the-ground execution
