We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong technical skills — someone who not only enjoys speaking with customers, but also understands bikes inside and out. Your Mission

Serve as the main point of contact for dealers regarding all technical questions related to mechanics and components
- Answer questions about assembly, maintenance, compatibility, and upgrades
- Diagnose technical issues and handle warranty claims quickly and accurately
- Work closely with the product team by providing real-world feedback to improve our bikes
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product management to deliver 360° solutions
