About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive People & Talent Specialist to support our growing People team across both the UK and Malaga operations.
This is a hands-on role focused on HR administration, recruitment operations, onboarding and employee experience. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day People operations in a fast-paced environment and become productive quickly.
The role will be split approximately:
- 60% UK HR & Recruitment Administration
- 40% Malaga office and People support
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our People function runs smoothly and efficiently while helping create a positive experience for both candidates and employees.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support
- Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end
- Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling
- Maintain ATS and recruitment systems
- Support onboarding processes, contracts and documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
People Operations
- Act as a first point of contact for People-related queries
- Manage onboarding and offboarding administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation, benefits administration and leave tracking
- Assist with HR reporting, audits and compliance documentation
- Support employee engagement and People initiatives
About You
- Previous experience within HR Operations, People Administration or Recruitment Operations
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
- Experience supporting UK HR/recruitment processes is highly desirable
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable and people-focused approach
