Avis Budget Group Contact Centre is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Agent for Travel Agencies in the French market to join our Tele Sales team. If you are passionate about sales, customer satisfaction and high performance, and by the way you are not afraid of picking up the phone, then you are ready to be part of the team.
Your role will involve:
Manage a small and medium business French Travel Agencies portfolio and develop revenue to reach agreed business objectives.
Proactively generate, profile, qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities.
Provide regular feedback to team leader and country contacts.
Provide efficient, effective, enthusiastic, and professional customer service over the telephone and email.
“Expand the number of Travel Agencies working with Avis in France".
We offer:
28.645,68 € gross per year, plus monthly bonus (up 950 euros extra)
Permanent contract (2 months probation)
Monday to Friday 9 to 18h shift

We want you to have:
Experience in Sales / Telesales / Commercial highly preferred
Language: French as mother tongue level
Windows based technology
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Oral and written professionalism (B to B environment)
Sales negotiation, portfolio management
Hunting / new business generation
Farming / Account Management
Customer experience attitude
