About the Job
As our Retail Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping our talent strategy across Iberia while supporting the local HR team, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) programmes, and employee development initiatives.
Working as part of the local HR team, you’ll deliver high-quality, timely recruitment and HR operational support that aligns with our business needs—ensuring the right person is matched to the right role and set up for success from offer through onboarding and beyond. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinate hiring administration and onboarding activities, champion inclusive hiring practices, and collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and employee representatives to ensure all people processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with local labour practices and frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment processes for Retail store positions as well as corporate interns and contractors, which encompasses line manager briefings, defining a targeted search strategy, and strategic onboarding
Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication
Driving diversity in our slates and compliance in our hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business
Workday user and support: create Requisitions and follow up with the stores. Post the requisition in recruitment channels. Daily Store Support (employee job changes or absences, hiring processes, cleaning data, employee info corrections, ensure SM permits and updated organigramme), ensure accuracy and verified information for WorkDay Audits...)
Review the hiring documentation, labour contract ensuring accuracy. Follow the specific hiring process of our main customer
Closely partner with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead our organization forward.
Invoicing process
DE&I and Equality plan in Spain: legal requirement to follow LGD (Law to hire people with disabilities) and work on a plan to ensure with a legally compliance
Manage the language training program: annual registrations and follow-up with the provider
Community Day organisation
About You
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Management, HR, Communications etc.).
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or other HR roles, partnering with key stakeholders and supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing HR processes.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday is a plus)
Independent, curious and open minded, proactive with a strong sense of ownership
Excellent planning and organizational skills and able to multitask
Strong at MS Office Excel & PowerPoint
This is a hybrid position based in our Barcelona office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is € 35,400 - € 47,200 gross per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
