Your Mission:
We are currently looking to strengthen our Growth Department by appointing a Junior Brand Manager who will support the development and execution of global marketing initiatives across key areas of the business.
As part of the Growth Department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, acting as a reliable contributor to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns and projects. You will play an active role in translating insights into actions, supporting data-driven decisions, and contributing to consistent and impactful brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:

Conduct market research and analyze campaign and market data to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategies

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels, including digital initiatives and content updates

Develop and deliver reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating data into clear business recommendations

Create and coordinate marketing materials (online and offline), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

Manage and monitor marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives

You'll excel if you have...

1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or FMCG/pharmaceutical environment
