Head Of HR
We are seeking a senior, hands-on HR leader to build and scale the HR function from the ground up within a fast-growing fintech environment. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in high-growth, regulated industries and is confident operating at both strategic and operational level.
- Extensive experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto environments
- Strong background working within regulated industries and understanding compliance-driven HR frameworks
- Proven track record of building HR functions, processes, and teams from scratch
- Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory)
- Willingness to relocate to Valencia
- Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior level
- Build and structure the HR function from the ground up, defining scalable frameworks and processes
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal governance aligned with regulatory requirements
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all business functions (Sales, Compliance, Product, Operations, etc.)
- Develop and embed performance management frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, and evaluation processes
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and retention strategies
- Partner with leadership on organisational design and workforce planning to support rapid scaling
- Drive company culture, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives
- Design and manage compensation structures, benefits frameworks, and incentive programmes
