Your role
As Events Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events hosted at Nômade Temple Madrid. Working closely with the Events team and operational departments, you will help deliver seamless, memorable experiences that reflect our brand values and exceed guest expectations.
What you will do:
Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of corporate, social, cultural, and wellness events
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth event execution
Welcome clients, guests, and suppliers, providing a professional and personalized experience
Ensure event spaces are prepared according to event specifications and brand standards
Assist in monitoring event timelines and operational requirements throughout each event
Handle guest requests and resolve operational issues with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain accurate event documentation and support administrative tasks as required
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and operational standards
Contribute to delivering exceptional experiences while maintaining the highest level of service quality

Requirements:
Previous experience supporting events, hospitality operations, or customer service roles is preferred
Understanding of event operations within hotels or lifestyle venues is an advantage
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a plus
Valid EU / Spain work permit
