We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service throughout their compliance journey. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and multilingual abilities will drive client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and help our clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to regulatory requirements, documentation processes, and application procedures
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client needs, gather feedback, and promote additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate client records through data entry in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented clearly
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues swiftly and efficiently
- Support clients with technical questions related to telecom and radio device compliance using strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency; fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in customer support or client services, preferably within a call center environment or sales role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining detailed records
- Knowledge of call center etiquette, customer service best practices, and cash handling is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
