Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketing Specialist to manage digital marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and optimize our website for maximum conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital advertising campaigns.
Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects and listings.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
Optimize website landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and user journeys to increase lead conversions.
Track website and campaign analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of website optimization, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Success Metrics:
Number of qualified leads generated.
Cost per lead (CPL).
Website conversion rate.
Return on ad spend (ROAS).
Lead-to-sale conversion rate
