Role Summary
Monitoring and execution of the technical activities associated with the pre‑sales and post‑sales management of the company’s systems, in alignment with the processes defined within the department.
Role Responsibilities
- Control of work order management
- Technical review of pre‑sales proposals
- Oversight of repair and post‑sales processes for the product ranges
- Maintenance of the installed base of terminals and nurse call solutions
- Support and training for customers using our products and systems
- Collaboration on implementation projects and improvements to installed systems
Role Requirements / Must have
- Advanced Technician in Systems
- At least 2 years of experience
- Data Networks
- LINUX / WINDOWS Operating Systems
- Experience with Mobile Networks
- Database knowledge
- Office Suite
- Support Ticketing System
- Data Analysis
- Cloud Solutions
- Data Security
Nice to have competencies/skills.
- Experience with ISO 27001 / ENS
- Knowledge of the sector (Telecare and Care Homes)
- Experience in environments with 24/7 services
