Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Director – HealthTech Solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital health product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product leadership, healthcare technology, and cross-functional team management.
As Product Director, you will work closely with engineering, clinical, design, data, and commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for HealthTech solutions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and development to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and business teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Establish product KPIs and measure performance against business objectives.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and industry best practices.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.
- Present product strategies and performance updates to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in digital health, healthcare technology, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, patient engagement platforms, and health data solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple product initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience working with healthcare providers, insurers, or digital health startups.
- Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with AI-driven healthcare solutions and digital therapeutics.
