Job Description
This is a 9 month temporary assignment with the possibility to become permanent employee
This role is a key role which is focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, scheduling field and in house service jobs and ensuring all service administration is up to date and accurate. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills that exhibit a “Customer First” philosophy.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, is responsible for the effective coordination of Service Technician scheduling and administration.
In this role you will raise non conformance reports and communicate with Quality departments and engineering for warranty related issues, complete shipping and receiving duties and be responsible for generating, maintaining, and closing service tickets.
This role would suit a person who is a strong communicator and excels in a customer service orientated environment.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:

Degree in engineering or equivalent, with knowledge of valves, actuators and digital control systems

Minimum 2 years' experience in service/practical engineering environment

Proven management skills, including project management and team leadership

Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MTMS

Fluent English
The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:

Experience in using ERP Systems
