River Bar is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our team in Valencia. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Taking customer orders and processing payments accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and customer areas.
- Restocking bar supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Following health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assisting colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
- Fluent spoken Spanish and a good level of English are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Legal right to work in Spain.
