Job Description
Ronam Health Tech is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Analista de Negocios) to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with stakeholders to develop technology-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Evaluate current processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
- Prepare business reports, process flows, and project documentation.
- Support project planning, implementation, and testing activities.
- Act as a liaison between business departments and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Assist in change management and user training when implementing new systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with business process modeling and requirements documentation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
