Carry out electrical and mechanical assemblies according to the production planning of machines requested by customers worldwide. Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications during all stages of the process. Provide on-site technical assistance and generate detailed reports of the activities carried out through the following actions:
- Ensure internal communication with the Electrical Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate the efficient execution of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements regarding product specifications according to production orders.
- Maintain and operate workshop machinery properly to prevent downtime and breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements specified in the plans of the Electrical Technical Office.

Installation and replacement of power batteries.

Inspection and maintenance of the hydraulic circuit of the engine.

Validation of the electrical and hydraulic operation of the equipment.

Support to the Quality department in the process of acceptance of equipment in the factory (FAT), including the preparation of detailed reports, as well as in customer facilities.

Handling of components with overhead cranes.

Supervision of completed machines by junior electrical personnel.

Delivery of finished machines to the electrical manager for supervision.

Carrying out external assemblies and technical assistance on site according to the customer's needs. It can be up to 40% of the time.

Preparation of detailed reports on the activities carried out, including incidents and corrective actions.

Self-control of the work carried out.

Identification of repaired/installed parts.

Communication of purchasing needs to the Service Manager.

Report of incidents and opening of Non-Conformities or Corrective Actions to the Service Manager.

Maintenance of the production machines used for the work, including the recording of maintenance operations.

Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the work area.

Higher University Education, Bachelor's Degree or similar.

At least 5 years of work experience in electrical workshop.

Experience in the handling/programming and handling of electrical workshop machines relative to your work.
