Position Overview
The Director of Data Analytics & Business Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing the company's data analytics strategy, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing business performance, and transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence. This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's data analytics and business intelligence strategy.
- Manage and mentor teams of data analysts, business intelligence professionals, and data specialists.
- Design and implement analytical frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic expansion.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
- Oversee data governance, quality assurance, and data security initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align analytics efforts with business goals.
- Evaluate and implement emerging analytics technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic planning functions.
- Strong knowledge of BI platforms, data visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience with predictive analytics, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics applications.
- Experience working in fast-growing or international business environments.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
