- Partner with hiring managers to gather staffing needs and define accurate candidate profiles.
- Draft and publish compelling job postings across job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
- Conduct CV screening, as well as phone, online, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate and participate in interview panels with hiring managers to support candidate evaluation.
- Manage technical assessments, psychometric testing, and group dynamics as applicable.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer proposals and lead the end-to-end closing of recruitment processes.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles.
- Manage the organization's presence on professional networks and job platforms (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Indeed, etc.) .
- Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate on internal and external communication campaigns related to talent and culture.
- Coordinate the onboarding process in partnership with HR teams and hiring managers.
- Ensure new hires receive all required documentation, training materials, and necessary resources.
- Monitor and support employee integration during the initial months following their start date.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate records within the ATS platform.
- Ensure data integrity and full compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, staffing firms (ETTs) , and universities.
- Negotiate terms of service and assess vendor/partner performance quality.
- Develop and deliver recruitment tracking reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) .
This role plays a strategic part in shaping the company's talent pipeline while ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience from attraction through integration.
