JCRacing PR & Socials Manager Karting Team | Spain | Remote-friendly About JCRacing JCRacing is a karting team based in Spain, competing in regional and national championships in our founding year. We're a small, ambitious team building from the ground up — the people joining now will shape what this organisation becomes. The role You'll own JCRacing's public presence — how we look, how we sound, and how we grow our audience. From race weekend content to sponsor communications to community engagement, this is the role that makes sure the world knows what JCRacing is doing and why it matters. This is a creative and strategic role in equal measure. You'll need to be able to shoot and edit content at a race weekend and also think clearly about what we're building toward over a full season. What you'll be doing Managing and growing JCRacing's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and any other relevant platforms. Creating and scheduling content — race weekend posts, behind-the-scenes, driver features, team updates, sponsor integrations. Attending race events to capture content on the ground — photos, short-form video, paddock coverage. Writing team announcements, press releases, and any external communications. Managing sponsor visibility across our channels — making sure partners feel their investment is being communicated properly. Building relationships with karting and motorsport media where relevant. Developing a consistent JCRacing tone of voice and visual identity across all platforms. Feeding into broader team decisions where public perception is relevant. What we're looking for Experience running social media for a sports team, motorsport outfit, brand, or similar — we want to see accounts you've grown or content you've made. Strong visual instinct — you don't need to be a professional photographer but you need an eye for what works. Comfortable with short-form video editing — Reels, TikToks, highlight clips. A genuine interest in motorsport — you'll be more effective if you actually care about what's happening on track. Proactive and self-directed — race weekends are busy and nobody will be managing your content schedule for you. Clean, confident written English and ideally Spanish — bilingual is a strong advantage given our operating environment. Organised enough to handle sponsor deliverables and deadlines without being chased. What we offer Paid role with compensation based on experience, discussed openly at interview. Race event travel and accommodation covered. Creative freedom to build something from scratch — no legacy tone of voice to maintain, no brand guidelines written ten years ago. A founding role with real influence over how JCRacing is perceived publicly. Access to a genuine motorsport environment with a team that takes its operation seriously. To apply Send your application through Indeed or reach out directly. Show us something you've made or an account you've run — that's the most important thing. Tell us briefly why motorsport and why this role.
