We focus on maintaining high-quality properties, building strong tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for residential and commercial portfolios.
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Coordinator to support our property operations and help ensure excellent service for tenants, owners, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily property management operations for residential and commercial properties.
- Communicate with tenants, property owners, contractors, and service providers.
- Schedule property inspections, maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
- Track maintenance requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate property records, lease documents, and tenant information.
- Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and administrative reporting.
- Support tenant onboarding, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Monitor property compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare reports related to occupancy, maintenance, and operational performance.
- Assist management with improving property operations and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi.
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and tenant relations.
- Familiarity with maintenance coordination and vendor management.
- Understanding of local housing and property regulations in Spain.
