Key responsibilities:

Assist Natixis Madrid team to support financing of transaction over all infrastructure sectors (Renewables, Telecom, Transport, PPP) across the Iberian Peninsula.

Structuring project finance transactions: financial modeling, bankability analysis and preparation of files for internal committees.

Drafting and processing credit applications in coordination with internal teams (coverage, portfolio, syndication).

Analyzing and assessing projects and sponsors: financial strength, business plan and risk profile.

Reviewing and commenting on financing terms and conditions (pricing, covenants, security package, documentation).

Coordinating and analyzing due diligence (technical, financial, legal, commercial, ESG) to identify and mitigate key risks.

Preparing pitch books and marketing materials to secure financing mandates.

Taking part in the syndication process: preparing documentation for participating banks and monitoring the distribution of financing.
You have strong analytical skills.
You have strong modelling capacities.
You are at ease with drafting of credit applications.
You have very good capacity of synthesis and writing (in English).
You know how to carry out a detailed financial analysis.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
