We are looking for an IT Data Systems Technician to support our manufacturing operations in our new location in Zaragoza, Spain. This role is focused on ensuring high uptime for industrial IT equipment, providing proactive service desk support, and implementing security standards. You will work closely with a global IT team and local engineers to maintain a secure, automated, and highly efficient manufacturing environment.
Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime.
Provide comprehensive service desk support and collaborate with users for technology rollouts.
Execute vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of software security tools.
Develop and organize technical documentation for system procedures and workflows.
Assist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software components from vendors.
Associate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking, with advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
Practical experience with Layer 1 networking and Google Workspace productivity tools.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; German proficiency is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach to troubleshooting.
