This role supports day-to-day operations, ensures system availability, implements IT standards, and contributes to digital transformation initiatives, working closely with global IT and local teams.You will play an important role in strengthening the competence in the department and take part in establishing dedicated support for our MED resource planning teams.
The responsibilities are:

Serve as the primary point of contact for local and regional users, providing first- and second-line IT support.
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues in coordination with global IT teams.
- Maintain and manage workstations, mobile devices, printers, and related IT equipment.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement, upgrade, and maintain systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Navision/ERP).
- Support integration and rollout of IT systems for new offices, expansions, or mergers.
- Ensure backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity protocols are followed.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, GDPR, and relevant data protection regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to standardization, automation, and documentation of IT processes.
Your qualifications

Professional training qualification (FP) or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- Minimum B2 English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive), Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking.
