We are looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Quintas Advisory services.
The role will sit within the Commercial department and will report functionally to Quintas Advisory, the technical advisory division of Quintas Group.
The successful candidate will help analyse client requests, RFPs and RFQs, prepare proposal drafts, coordinate internal inputs and ensure that proposals are clear, well-structured and aligned with client requirements.
This is a key role for someone with experience in the field, strong organisational and written communication skills, business awareness and the ability to work with technical, contractual and commercial information in a structured way.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Quintas Advisory services.
Prepare first drafts of proposals, presentations and supporting documents for internal review.
Adapt existing templates, scopes of work, methodologies, credentials and service descriptions to new client opportunities.
Ensure consistency across proposals in terms of scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines and commercial structure.
Help improve proposal templates, standard texts, internal references and commercial documentation.
Review client requests, RFPs, RFQs and related documentation to identify key requirements, deadlines, deliverables and potential gaps.
Prepare concise internal summaries of new opportunities to support decision-making and proposal preparation.
Identify questions or clarifications required from the client before submitting a proposal.
Support the definition of proposal structure, including base scope, optional services, assumptions and exclusions.
Support the update and maintenance of opportunities in the CRM, including proposal status, deadlines, fees, services offered and follow-up actions.
Support the preparation of simple reports on proposal activity, pipeline status and commercial workload.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal commercial processes and proposal documentation.
Internal Coordination
Gather inputs from internal technical and commercial teams when needed.
Support the consolidation of technical comments, estimated effort, project references and relevant experience.
Help ensure proposal deadlines are visible, followed up and properly coordinated.

Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, working with technical, contractual or commercial documentation.
Previous experience preparing, reviewing or working with structured documents such as proposals, reports, presentations, scopes of work, contracts, RFPs/RFQs or project documentation.
Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
Ability to produce clear, structured and professional documents.
Good understanding of renewable energy services, technical-commercial documentation and client requirements.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals, inputs and deadlines in parallel.
Attention to detail and high standards of quality.
Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and commercial priorities.
Good command of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Highly Valued
Previous experience in proposals, bids, tenders or commercial documentation.
Experience in PV, BESS, O&M, construction, asset management or technical advisory services.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Law or another relevant field.
Familiarity with CRM tools or commercial pipeline tracking.
Italian or other European languages.
