We specialize in delivering innovative technology solutions that drive real business impact. We are currently supporting a Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) transformation program for a global enterprise client.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – CSOC to lead large-scale cybersecurity transformation initiatives in a complex international environment.
Your main focus will be on project delivery, stakeholder management, and governance coordination across multiple cybersecurity workstreams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead large-scale cybersecurity projects, such as SOAR migrations and similar transformation initiatives.
- Own and manage end-to-end project roadmap, milestones, and delivery tracking.
- Drive stakeholder management across technical, business, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate enterprise governance processes such as RFPs, ARM, and other structured frameworks.
- Ensure alignment between CSOC teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Proven experience as Senior Project Manager in large-scale cybersecurity environments.
- Strong background in complex transformation projects (SOAR migration or similar).
- Solid experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to manage roadmaps, milestones, and enterprise-level delivery structures.
- Experience working in structured governance environments (RFP, ARM, etc.).
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Highly proactive and delivery-oriented profile.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in complex, international environments.
- Curiosity towards new technologies (e.g. GenAI, automation, AI-driven security) is a plus.
- Based in Spain, preferably near Barcelona.
- Onshore presence preferred to ensure alignment with CSOC teams and stakeholders.
