What we look for?
We are looking for a Solution Architect with a strong strategic and technical mindset to lead the architecture and evolution of key capabilities within the SaaS Assisted Channels client platform.
You will play a critical role defining and implementing technical solutions for Reporting (real-time and historical) across assisted channels (Contact Centers and Branches), ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment with business objectives in a global, multi-country environment.
High english level is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the technical architecture and evolution of platform capabilities
- Design scalable architectures for Omnichannel servicing platforms, Customer interaction management, Data & analytics (real-time and historical processing) and Event-driven integrations
- Define and enforce: Technical standards and integration patterns, Security frameworks and governance principles and Scalability and resiliency best practices
- Design solutions for multi-country and multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Lead complex integrations with systems such as: Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Data and Security platforms
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Functional Product Owners to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in: Architecture reviews, Technical governance, Release planning and backlog prioritization and Risk management
- Support engineering teams in technical decision-making
- Maintain up-to-date architecture documentation (Confluence and repositories)
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture / Technical Leadership (focused on Data & Reporting)
- Strong experience designing scalable SaaS platforms and enterprise architectures
- Deep knowledge of: Cloud-native architectures, API-based and event-driven integrations and Omnichannel platforms and Data ecosystems
- Experience with: SaaS multi-tenant architectures, Security, IAM, OAuth2, RBAC, Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to align multiple teams
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- English proficiency (C1 level)
Nice to have:
- Experience with: Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Kafka / Event Bus and Data Lakes and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Contact Center and Branch environments
