El Área de Infraestructuras y Servicios Generales se ocupa de la gestión de las infraestructuras y nuevas instalaciones; los servicios logísticos de conserjería y mantenimiento; de la atención al usuario, tanto presencialmente como telefónicamente; y otros servicios generales relacionados con la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de los equipamientos.
Functions and duties:
Carry out concierge tasks (preparation and control of spaces, transportation of packages, logistical support for different events, monitoring of facilities and maintenance companies, opening and closing of buildings, etc.) and maintenance (implementation of Maintenance Plans, monitoring and execution of work orders, organization of assigned tasks, preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance tasks, etc.) in the University’s buildings, facilities, and equipment, including general support for the proper functioning of teaching, research, and sports-related laboratory spaces.
