Your tasks:
- Take full ownership of the Benelux market (Belgium and the Netherlands) and serve as the primary marketing contact for local stakeholders, customers, partners, and SAP.
- Develop and execute market-specific marketing strategies and activities to strengthen brand awareness, generate demand, and support business growth in the Benelux region.
- Plan, manage, and deliver customer events, trade fairs, webinars, and incentive programs in in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats, both locally and internationally.
- Drive the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns while actively contributing to the development and rollout of global marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
- Create, manage, and distribute customer newsletters and other marketing communications.
- Manage and continuously enhance our social media presence to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and international marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment of local activities with global strategies, business objectives, and market requirements.
Your experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, campaign management, event marketing, or a comparable role in the B2B sector, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Passion for event management and enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences. Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, and content creation.
- Ideally, experience with WordPress and a confident handling of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- A hands-on mentality combined with a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva is considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A precise and responsible working style, making you an ideal addition to our six-person marketing team.
