Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Group FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving data-driven-decision making while ensuring data quality across various financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Monthly performance P&L reporting and analysis, including automated reporting solutions (incl. supporting PowerBI implementation), regional performance insights, trend analysis, and run rate tracking.

Oversee monthly Group OPEX and non-core items management, ensuring cost transparency and control through variance analysis against budget, YoY performance assessment, run rate tracking, and monitoring against financial targets.

Headcount Reporting & Tracking: Manage headcount reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring data accuracy and providing workforce insights to support organizational and financial planning.

Personnel Cost Planning & Forecasting: Lead Group personnel cost planning, forecasting, and analysis, including headcount, salary costs, variable compensation, STI outlook and achievement tracking, and other workforce cost drivers, while supporting Finance and HR budgeting and workforce planning processes.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects: Lead and support financial analyses, scenario modelling, and cross-functional projects to drive strategic decision-making, business performance, process improvements, and innovation initiatives. Assess AI projects (copy from FP&A Lead, lighter scope)

Supporting the annual budget and latest outlook processes, and contribute to the development of Executive Committee and Board of Directors presentations, providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.

Supporting quarterly and year-end financial landing, ensuring robust forecast accuracy, clear variance insights, and alignment with internal commitments and external expectations
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a corporate environment, ideally from a Cosmetic, Consumer Goods, or a Pharma-related company.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, including expert-level Excel and sophisticated financial modeling capabilities

Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
