El Área de Infraestructuras y Servicios Generales se ocupa de la gestión de las infraestructuras y nuevas instalaciones; los servicios logísticos de conserjería y mantenimiento; de la atención al usuario, tanto presencialmente como telefónicamente; y otros servicios generales relacionados con la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad de los equipamientos.
Functions and duties:
Coordinate and manage the laboratories and education spaces, ensuring their proper technical, logistical, and teaching support operation.
Support the teaching activities of the Faculty of Education, Translation, Psychology, and Sports by preparing spaces, materials, and equipment.
Manage the technical documentation of the laboratories, including protocols, user guides, technical sheets, inventories, and databases.
Plan, manage, and monitor material resources, purchases, budgets, and the investment needs of the spaces.
Prepare reports, indicators, and improvement proposals, and participate in service evaluation and planning processes.
Advise on the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of educational equipment and infrastructure.
Collaborate with other university services and participate in institutional projects, events, and emergency teams.
