The Global Operations Coordinator is responsible for the full coordination and execution of vessel calls worldwide, acting as the primary liaison between the principal, vessel, and local port agents. This role ensures that all port services are delivered efficiently, in compliance with Noatum Maritime Services’s operational standards, and that all stakeholders are kept informed through accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Vessel Enquiry process: Control the entire enquiry process including updating the operating systems, collecting all information from the local port agent, preparing the response for the service requests, ensure all documentation and answers are in order, and communicate with client/stakeholders.
- Vessel Call Coordination: Manage all operational aspects of vessel calls, including service requests, documentation, and communication with all stakeholders.
- Operational Reporting: Accurately record and report all call-related data using Noatum Maritime’s internal systems, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- KPI Compliance: Support the achievement of company-defined KPIs by maintaining high service standards and operational discipline.
- Commercial awareness: In addition to managing all the operational aspects of vessel calls the Global Operations Coordinator is responsible for the commercial information provided to the client in alignment with the local port office and the commercial department.
- Prefunding Management: Ensure compliance with internal procedures for fund remittances and financial documentation related to each vessel call.
- Information Accuracy & Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all communications, ensuring that information shared is accurate, relevant, and confidential.
- Standardized Reporting: Follow Noatum Maritime’s unified reporting model to ensure consistency across all operations and ports.
- Service Quality Monitoring: Contribute to post-call evaluations to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
