In this context, we are looking for an IT Continuity Officer to join our team.
Your daily routine:
As part of the BNP Paribas Personal Finance IT Continuity and Resilience team based in Madrid (Spain), you will provide to the IT continuity risk management function with an international perspective.
Your daily activities will be:
- Support Global IT Continuity & Resilience Officer (ICRO) of BNPP Personal Finance (PF) to lead and organize the decision-making governance body to ensure IT operational resilience.
- Coordinate IT continuity managers community of PF entities worldwide and collect their needs.
- Raise awareness and train the players in its scope
- Ensure that BNPP IT continuity requirements are met.
- Monitor the implementation of the selected solutions and assess their efficacity.
- Collect and assess IT continuity reporting of the entity including the results of the exercises and controls
- To support entities in managing and monitoring this IT risk and track regular exercises plans
- Provide to strengthen the governance.
- Contribute to the global activities of the Corporate ICRO Office.

- You contribute to the management of IT continuity risk (regulatory requirement).
- You are joining a department with a holistic view of Personal Finance.
- You are developing your international network in one of the various IT departments of BNPP PF
- You are associated with structuring projects for BNPP PF IT
What would be a good fit:
- 3 years of proven experience in IT Continuity, Business Continuity, Cybersecurity or related fields (Risk, Information Systems, etc…)
- Capacity to work in an exciting international environment
- Team player with also part of autonomy
Behavioral skills:
- Ability to communicate fluently at management level.
- Ability to synthesize and transfer concepts and requirements.

Languages:
- English: Advanced (C1 mandatory)
- French: would be a plus
