Job Summary
The Group ESG Sr. Analyst is responsible for supporting ESG data management, reporting, and analysis. This role contributes to ESG initiatives by providing insights, tracking performance, and assisting in stakeholder communications.
This job profile is intended for experienced professionals who apply practical knowledge of a job area and work independently with general supervision.
The ESG Integration Manager plays a central role in integrating sustainability into Flow’s business processes in line with the Corporate ESG strategy. The position leads the deployment of ESG initiatives across Business Units and Legal Entities, supports the achievement of environmental targets, ensures robust ESG data and reporting, and promotes best practices, governance, and compliance. This role actively contributes to building a strong ESG culture across the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Deploy Flow sustainability roadmap in alignment with Corporate ESG strategy and Flow priorities
Govern ESG within the division through the Sustainability Council
Maintain and further develop ESG frameworks and lead implementation efforts
Report, lead, prioritize, drive, and coordinate the division ESH related actions
Actively manage ESG KPIs and ensure data integrity and availability
Meet corporate environmental targets and track improvement projects reviews via project funnel
Management and administration of the Flow Ideation platform in collaboration with other nominated colleagues and participation in the Flow Innovation Council.
Propose necessary actions to achieve goal fulfillment and correct deviations
Support as needed the non-financial reporting preparation
Develop training material on safety awareness and environmental attention
Communicate Sustainability targets, best practice and achievements
Ensure compliance to ISO 14001, stay up to date on ESG regulation and legislation requirements
Environment: coordinate the actions plans to reduce the environmental load as part of ESG program
What you need to succeed:
5+ years of experience in Sustainability / ESG / ESH functions, gained in an in‑house or consulting environment, ideally with exposure to industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Strong expertise in ESG project management, including sustainability KPIs, frameworks, governance, and reporting; solid understanding of global ESG trends and regulations.
Proven knowledge of environmental management systems and processes, including ISO 14001 (internal auditor); experience with CSRD‑related data is a plus.
Degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Business; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification desired; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, lead workshops, and work effectively in global, cross‑functional teams.
